No registration required. ❓ Frequently asked questions: What are import credits? Import credits are units that users can purchase to import illustrator files. Each file consumes a certain number of credits based on the file size. How are import credits calculated? Import credits are calculated based on a "pay as you go" model, where you only pay for the credits you use. The calculation depends on the size of the illustrator file you want to import. The bigger the file size is, the more credits it will consume. Here's how it works: Files between 0 and 50 MB: 1 credit Files between 51 and 100 MB: 2 credits Files between 101 and 150 MB: 3 credits Maximum file size allowed: 150 MB (which requires 3 credits) Note: Only successful imported files are counted. Can I purchase multiple packages at the same time? Yes, you can buy import credits in packages that suit your needs. We offer different options to accommodate various usage levels. You can find all available packages here . How do I know how many import credits I need? When you upload your illustrator file, we'll automatically calculate the required import credits based on the file size. You'll see this information before proceeding in the plugin’s UI. What happens if I don't have enough credits? If you attempt to import an illustrator file but you don't have enough credits, we will notify you and provide options to purchase additional credits in the plugin’s UI. Are there any limitations on file size or number of imports? The maximum file size allowed is 150 MB and there's no limit on the number of imports you can perform as long as you have sufficient credits. Is there an expiry date or time limit on credits? No, there is no expiry date or time limit on credits. You can use them whenever you need to import files without worrying about expiration. Can I try the plugin for free? Yes, we offer 2 free credits where you can try the plugin for free. This allows you to try and experience the functionality of the plugin risk-free. Can I import illustrator files with multiple artboards using the Figma plugin? Currently, we don’t support importing multiple artboards.
