Take advantage of Android 13's themed launcher icons with this simple asset template. Starting with Android 13, users can theme their adaptive launcher icons. With this feature, app icons in supported Android launchers are tinted to inherit the coloring of the user’s chosen wallpaper and other themes. Easily create all the system assets needed for your Android app, including the new adaptive color icons. Instructions: Create your icon artwork within the template or gather up existing icon assets (foreground, background, and monochrome). This template will resize into the necessary sizes. Add your icon’s monochromatic artwork to the "Icon art < add your icon component" layers, within the safe zone. (You'll need to set Constraints to Scale x Scale) Your themed icon will preview in the full icon card, shape variations, home screen preview, and pre-adaptive forms. You can change the shape of the icons on the home screen preview using the shape variants directly on the screen. The notification icon is previewed using your themed icon asset; you can also use the same asset for implementation. Add your icon’s foreground artwork to the Icon foreground and Icon background component layers. Your adaptive icon will preview in the full icon card, shape variations, home screen preview, and pre-adaptive forms. You can change the shape of the icons on the home screen preview using the shape variants directly on the screen and select a predefined shape for your pre-adaptive icons. Go to File > Export to export required app launcher assets for developer handoff or import the provided SVGs into Android Studio's Image Asset Studio.
